Puppet Guardian Magical Rooms Combat Tips of the Week! #1 “I can block your attacks!”

Hello everyone! This is the start of the new edition on my blog, PGMRCTW. It’s quite long, I know but I couldn’t think of a better one. Anyway, for this post, I will write about… Shields!(of course) To use these, press z on your keyboard and tada! You now learnt how to block using shields. First of all, shields. Shields are very useful, especially the  magical shields which are my favorite. Well, the normal ones, not so much (except when used in fashion) there are 2 types of shields as I wrote above, they are:

Magical Shields & Normal Shields

Firstly, let’s talk about magical shields… Magical Shields provide not only to block attacks but also to inflict curse and damage to enemies. Keep in mind though, it will also inflict curses on you if used incorrectly (shielding without any reason, or failing to block an attack) They also block magical damages but can only block the element imbued in the shield. Anyway, my strategy is that you have to learn the enemies’ ways of attacking, for example, the kobolds provide a small amount of time before the damage happens so in a case like that, you will have a chance to block the attack. When you block too early in front of an enemy, don’t release your block because once you do, the enemy in front can hit you. Also, take note that enemies can hit you on the back, you can only block enemies in front of you. I recommend trying to use magical shields without weapons on a stage run/tower run. Once you adapt to the enemies’ ways of attacking in that dice game stage, try to do it again. Now for my challenge:

spongy’s Magical Shield Run Challenge

For this challenge, you will have to use magical shields. Do a tower run on any tower/dice game stage. Here are my rankings on each tower/dice game stage:

Dice Game Stage 1- 1*

Dice Game Stage 2- 3*

Dice Game Stage 3- 4*

Dice Game Stage 4- 2*

Dice Game Stage 5- 5*

Dice Game Stage 6- 5*

Dice Game Stage 7- 6*

Dice Game Stage 8- 8*

Dice Game Stage 9- 8*

Dice Game Stage 10- 6*

Dice Game Stage 11- 5*

Dice Game Stage 12- 6*

Dice Game Stage 13- 7*

Dice Game Stage 14- 5*

Dice Game Stage 15- 6*

Dice Game Stage 16- 0*

Dice Game Stage 17- 7*

Dice Game Stage 18- 3*

Dice Game Stage 19- 8*

Dice Game Stage 20- 8*

Dice Game Stage 21- 7*

Dice Game Stage 22- 5*

The number of stars represents the difficulty level I gave in that particular tower/dice game stage.  I also recommend using the shield with the same element of the tower/dice game stage (of course, using the opposing element can also help, in terms of damage but cannot block magic attacks). Here are the rules:

  1. You must use magical shields.
  2. You must not use weapons or bring pets.
  3. You must not use damaging/harming/injuring magics you can however use healing magics.
  4. Damaging items are not allowed to be used.

Here are what you should do:

  1. Try to kill enemies with your magical shield/s and count how many you have killed. Please note defeating the same enemies does not count.
  2. Try to count how many times you’ve been cursed because of misuse of your shield/s.
  3. Have fun and follow the rules.

Now, let’s talk about the normal shields. They work similar to magical shields but does not inflict anything so it’s safe and at the same time, useless against magic damages. Same advice but you can shield anytime you want.

Anyway, I’m going to end it here so sayonara! 。◕‿◕。

Dice Game Stage 22 The Paradise of Birds More Items!

Hello everyone! This is the second part of the Paradise of Birds. First of all, I would like to introduce the Tortoise Shield:

blog13031301

The Tortoise Shield is the “2nd living shield” which literally means it’s alive (it also moves when equipped). Anyway, with it, you can shield nature and water damages. It also does critical damages,  and cause curses just like other magical shields. When you shield water and nature damages, you can replenish 1 life.

blog13031302

You can synthesize it to Zoa which changes it’s appearance.

blog13031303

I recommend getting it once it’s possible to get on our version! Next is the Fear Club. It’s appearance is like a wand, but it’s actually a club.

blog13031304

It is imbued with 50% darkness and has a chance to inflict fear on the hit enemy. Strengthening or synthesizing it further changes appearance, increase the darkness imbued on it, and increases the chance of inflicting fear.

blog13031305

From left to right: Fear Club > High Fear Club > Zoa Fear Club > Giga Fear Club > Holy Fear Club > Paragon Fear Club

Fear club is similar to Hellish Dragon Club, but attack range is increased. Advancing to the Meat of Vision. It seems that the new stage also has different enemies! And you would not believe it!

blog13031307

The monsters from Torinesia! You can use the meat to tame them, they are really cute! Synthesizing 3 meats will result in: Illusion Meat Dish.

blog13031308

When used, you can tame your favorite Torineshia!

blog13031309

I think it’ll last for 10 days unless your pet dies or you buy it in warehouse (which adds 30 days). In addition to this, the Meat of Vision and the Illusion Meat Dish can also be sold.

Dice Game Stage 22 The Paradise of Birds

Hello puppets! I’m sorry, if it’s really been a long time since I posted again, and I hate myself for that… Well, I’m really busy… Anyway, for this post, I would like to inform new items in the japanese version. There is a chest named the Chest of Paradise, where of course, new items are inside (however, you still need 10g! XD) you can get the chest when you achieve Varvara’s 100th quest. You can’t get it directly though, when you finish her quest, she will give you the Orb of Paradise. Now, for the info about the orb… it transports you to the Paradise of Birds. Hmm? Well, you see, it’s a different one, it has an extra spot…

Umm, the extra spot is unknown to me what is special about it. Anyway, some spots are also changed. Very little information is known to me about dice game stage 22 so I’ll leave it aside for now… The Chest of Paradise contains:

Dodecahedron Ring

 Pair of Pearl Earrings

Execution Bangle

Tortoise Shield

Fear Club

These are taken from the japanese development blog and is also taken by translation but of course, I changed the names a bit Anyway, first, the Dodecahedron Ring or the Dodecagon Ring. Well, you can guess by the name of what it does or can you? Anyway, when used, it summons a dice which consumes any of your magic points basically, random and what’s special about it? Oh, it’s special because…

blog13031203

It’s called dodecahedron ring because it of course, summons a dodecagon shaped dice. It can be used to roll a number from 1 to 12. When you synthesize 3 of these, you will get a Tetrahedral Ring or Triangular Ring. When you use the Tetrahedral Ring…

blog13031205

The tetrahedral ring  summons a triangular shaped dice where you can roll a number from 1 to 4. It also consumes any of the magic points you have (randomly). This is useful for gem-hunters and for specific spots you want to go to. Next is the Pair of Pearl Earrings… well, it’s different from the Pearl Earring one so please don’t be confused XD the earrings gives you 2 Sapphire magic points, 1 point given by an earring (why can’t Pearl Earrings give Sapphire points? ?) The pair of pearl earrings halves the rate of being put away to sleep and reduces the damage of water elements. You can synthesize them to double and to triple. When you wear triple, it will almost prevent water damages and will completely prevent sleep state. Here’s the last one: the Execution Bangle. This bangle gives the magic of zoisite and ruby, and also gives the element of these when you hit an enemy so if you’re using a paragon axe and fighting Sleipnir, you need to wear this! Basically, strengthen the bangle and more attributes and chances of critical can be given by it.

I’m going to end it here now so, sayonara! 🙂
